You must initiate an exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Only liners purchased on ZipFit.com are eligible.
Liners purchased from a ZipFit Authorized Dealer must be exchanged through that shop directly.
Liners are clean, unblemished and undamaged.
No alterations have been made to the liner including but not limited to:
Adding or removing cork
Installing boot heaters
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the exchange. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Once your Exchange Request is submitted, we will reach out to confirm. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond.
After receiving confirmation from us, please package and ship the liners to:

Once we receive the liners and verify eligibility, we will proceed with processing the exchange.
If there is a price difference between the returned liners and the exchanged liner, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
