Purchased the wrong liners? No worries. Let us help you exchange for the right one for you so you can french fry, not pizza. 

 

Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:

  • You must initiate an exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Only liners purchased on ZipFit.com are eligible.

    • Liners purchased from a ZipFit Authorized Dealer must be exchanged through that shop directly.

  • Liners are clean, unblemished and undamaged. 

  • No alterations have been made to the liner including but not limited to:

    • Adding or removing cork

    • Installing boot heaters 

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the exchange. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Exchange Process:

  1. Please review the our Exchange Policy above, then fill out the form below. 

  2. Once your Exchange Request is submitted, we will reach out to confirm. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond.

  3. After receiving confirmation from us, please package and ship the liners to:

    1. Zipfit, 176 Daisy Lane, Carbondale CO, 81623
  4. Once we receive the liners and verify eligibility, we will proceed with processing the exchange.

  5. If there is a price difference between the returned liners and the exchanged liner, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
